Attorney from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, with two majors from the Universidad del Rosario in labor law & social security, and in Commercial law, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad de los Andes, and an LLM “Master of Laws in International Transactions” from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in association with the Universidad de Nebrija in Spain. 

He worked as an Assistant Magistrate to the labor chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, since the last trimester of 2021, and until the end of January 2023, and was the director for over five years, of the labor and migration law departments in Garrigues Colombia. 

He has is well experienced in labor advising to companies, including the implementation of collective agreements and conventions, labor litigation, and performance of legal audits in labor, pension, and parafiscal matters, representation before the Labor Ministry in administrative procedures, among others. 

He has been invited since 2012 by the newspaper Diario La República to write various articles in the Legal Matters section, and was recognized by the Chamber & Partners publication of the year 2020 as an “Associates to watch” https://chambers.com/guide/latin-america, and the publication Who’s Who Legal (WWL) of 2017,mentioned him as an expert to watch for in Colombia, in labor advising matters.
