Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, with an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from Columbia University (New York). He has more than 25 years of experience advising national and multinational companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, infrastructure projects, compliance, and ESG matters in Colombia and across Latin America.
He was a Partner at Garrigues in Colombia, where he led the M&A, Corporate, and Labor practices, and is a founding partner of De la Calle, Londoño, López & Posada.
He has participated in highly complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and restructuring processes, and regularly advises boards of directors and senior executives on strategic matters and corporate responsibility.
He is also a professor in the MBA programs at Universidad de los Andes, teaching courses on corporate governance, ESG, and directors’ duties.
