Until 2014 he headed the Labour Law and Litigation Departments. A lawyer specialised in Socio-Economic Sciences and Labour Law, he advises companies on legal matters involving individual and collective labour issues as well as social security. She has served as a labour arbitrator on the Supreme Court of Justice’s list of arbitrators. A member of the Labour Lawyers Association, she is a frequent speaker on labour matters and advises several domestic and foreign investment companies on both individual and collective labour issues. She possesses extensive negotiation expertise. She completed a corporate-governance seminar at Yale University’s Yale School of Management, has participated as a Delegate to the International Labour Conference in Geneva (Switzerland), and is currently part of CESA’s Women on Boards Community. With more than 20 years of professional experience in labour and social-security law, she has taken part in collective bargaining, the labour structuring of companies, labour audits, due-diligence processes, responses to oversight-body requirements, and UGPP advisory work. She advises national and foreign companies on labour, social-security and immigration matters and handles labour proceedings and litigation. She is currently the head of the Firm’s Labour, Social Security & Immigration Department.

Claudia Dangond Gibsone

A lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, she is an expert in Public Law: Constitutional, Administrative, Disciplinary, International, and Human Rights. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Policies for Latin America from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Universidad Javeriana. She is a specialist in Administrative Law from the Javeriana University and in Strategic Urban Planning from the CIDEU (Center for the Study of Urban Planning). Her positions include Judge of the Constitutional Court, Advisor to the National Constituent Assembly, Advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture, and Director of Foreign Investment at the Ministry of Foreign Trade, among others. She is a member of the Colombian Academy of Jurisprudence. She has successfully served as a researcher, lecturer, and consultant in the fields of public, constitutional, administrative, and international law. Associate Judge 2025-2026 of the National Commission of Judicial Discipline.
