She holds a Master’s degree in Development Policies for Latin America from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Universidad Javeriana.
She is a specialist in Administrative Law from the Javeriana University and in Strategic Urban Planning from the CIDEU (Center for the Study of Urban Planning).
Her positions include Judge of the Constitutional Court, Advisor to the National Constituent Assembly, Advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture, and Director of Foreign Investment at the Ministry of Foreign Trade, among others. She is a member of the Colombian Academy of Jurisprudence. She has successfully served as a researcher, lecturer, and consultant in the fields of public, constitutional, administrative, and international law. Associate Judge 2025-2026 of the National Commission of Judicial Discipline.
